Enjoy its classic sauce that has been made to a 500 years old recipe. Its flavour is more concentrated than standard soya sauce, yet never over powering.

Each packet contains 2 handy long life, ambient stored tubs, ideal for home or use as a dessert for meals, picnics or school lunches. They can be chilled or frozen to make delicious sorbets. The organic fruit is prepared using the minimum of heat to retain its natural goodness.

It is the finest quality availabe produced by our artisan producer to a traditional recipe. It contains organic whole soya beans rather than soy isolates, and roasted whole wheat which are naturally fermented slowly in the cedarwood kegs.

Japanese soya sauce matured in cedarwood for 2 years. It is best used during the last few minutes of cooking to preserve its delicate taste. It brings out the natural sweetness and subtle hidden flavours of a variety of foods.

It combines the exceptionally light, smooth and refreshing flavour of Japanese Sencha with distinctly rich and exquisite ceremonial grade Matcha Powder.

Oolong tea has a flowery aroma, mild flavour with absolutely no bitterness. It is sometimes known as Blue tea, being halfway between a green and black tea. The production process involves partially fermenting the tea leaves then steaming them to capture the slightly smoky and subtly rich flavour.
