Organic virgin pumpkin seed oil is obtained from the first cold pressing of organic pumpkin seeds to give us a dark green oil. It has a strong taste which is naturally rich in Omega 6 and Omega 9. It also contains phytosterols (aka plant sterols) which can help control blood cholesterol levels. Use in salad dressings for a healthy nutritional balance.

Organic virgin hemp seed oil is also obtained from the first cold pressing of organic hemp seeds. Its emerald green colour and slightly spicy hazelnut taste makes it an ideal partner to drizzle over cold dishes. Naturally rich in Omega 3, hemp seed oil helps us maintain our cardiovascular system in good shape. Hemp seeds are also the only oil that has the best ratio between Omega 6 and Omega 3.

Sesame seed oil is naturally rich in antioxidants, such as sesamin and sesamolin and has a perfect balance of Omega 6 and Omega 9. It can be used in cold dishes and also for shallow frying.

Organic virgin rapeseed oil is dark yellow in colour with a delicate cabbage flavour. It has a very well balanced of composition of Omega 3, 6 & 9 which can aid regulate blood cholesterol level and the good function of the cardiovascular system. It is also naturally rich in Vitamin E, an important antioxidant. It is highly recommended for cold dressings or simply drizzled over cold dishes.

Organic virgin walnut oil is one of the tastiest first cold pressed oils around. It is extremely rich in Omega 3 fatty acids which should form an integral part of our diets. Walnut oil adds a delicate flavour to raw salads and improves the taste of steamed vegetables.

Organic virgin coconut oil has a very good resistance to high temperatures so makes it ideal in the preparation of all dishes, vegetable, meat, eggs and cakes. It is considered the healthiest cooking and frying oil due to its high content of medium-chain fatty acids. The fats (lauric acid) in coconut oil have nutritional properties very similar to those found in mother’s milk. It also has a protective effect on brittle and damaged hair and can be used as a moisturiser to help regenerate and soften the skin.
